Our Community
The Governing Body of the City of Asherton consists of 1 City Mayor
and 2 City Commissioners. This little community is better known by
our citizens as "Cheto". The Governing Body of Asherton has one
main goal which is to improve the quality life of the citizens who still
live in this small community.

Work In Progress
The current administration is working hard in continuing to improve
the daily lives of the citizens in this town. It has been a challenge
and hard work. We currently are looking into loans/grants to rehab
our current water pumps, sewer lift stations, fire hydrants, street
improvements, building homes for low income, and beautifying our
park.
